Information We Collect
When you contact Nordanyan Law through our website forms, phone, text, or chat, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, phone number, email address, and details about your legal matter. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited on our site.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CallRail) to understand how visitors use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may collect information about your browsing behavior across websites.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your legal inquiries, evaluate potential cases, communicate with you about our services, improve our website and marketing, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. As explained under “Information Sharing” and “Do Not Sell or Share” below, some of our advertising cookies may qualify as “sharing” under California law, which you can opt out of at any time.
Information Sharing
Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate our website, intake, and case management — such as CallRail (call tracking) and GoHighLevel (our case management system). These providers are bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us, and not for their own purposes.
Advertising and analytics partners. We use Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager) and Meta (the Meta Pixel) to measure and deliver our advertising. When we share online identifiers and activity with these partners for advertising, they may use that data to show you relevant ads across other websites and apps. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), this activity is treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not receive money for this sharing, and you can opt out of it — see “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” below. Our website does not enable these advertising and analytics technologies until you opt in through our cookie consent banner.
Legal compliance. We may also disclose information when required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and share about you; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. We do “share” certain online identifiers with our advertising partners (Google and Meta) for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described above. You can opt out of this sharing at any time — see the next section.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at (818) 525-1700 or email info@nordanyanlaw.com. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Nordanyan Law does not sell your personal information for money, but we do “share” certain online identifiers with Google and Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out, and you can do so in any of these ways:
• Choose “Reject non-essential” (or set your preferences) in the cookie consent banner on our website. By default, we do not enable advertising or analytics cookies until you opt in.
• Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of sharing — when GPC is present, we do not share your information for advertising, even if cookies are otherwise accepted.
• Contact us at (818) 525-1700 or info@nordanyanlaw.com and we will process your opt-out.
Opting out will not affect your ability to use our website or contact our firm.
Data Retention
We retain personal information from non-clients for up to 24 months from the date of collection. Information from clients is retained indefinitely as part of our legal file obligations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
